Shipping
Orders leave the atelier within 2–5 business days, packed flat and shipped via Canada Post, tracked and insured. Flat rates: $15 within Canada, $25 to the United States, $45 elsewhere — free over $300.
You'll receive the tracking number the moment your piece ships. International buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged at the border.
Returns
Whole skins and stock pieces: 30 days from delivery, in unused, as-shipped condition — write first to [email protected] and we'll send instructions. Refund to the original payment method once the piece is back; return postage is on you unless we made the mistake.
Custom and made-to-order work is final sale, agreed before it begins. Damaged or wrong deliveries are always on us — see the Terms of Sale.
